Memberships

NYWA memberships are an annual membership that costs $12.00, $15.00 if purchased at the district tournament.  All wrestlers who participate in any NYWA events must have a valid membership.  The memberships can be purchased or renewed beginning September 1st and expire on August 31st of the following year.  

Memberships include a secondary medical insurance policy which covers a wrestler in the event of an injury at a practice or tournament.  The membership must have been purchased or renewed at the time of injury to be covered.  If an injury occurs, a claim must be filed within 30 days of the injury to be covered.  To obtain a claim form, please call NYWA at (507) 754-4491.

Download the 2011-2012 membership form to mail in with payment.  If purchased prior to an event, cost is $12.00; if purchase at the door, cost is $15.00.
