**NYWA memberships will be REQUIRED for the event at St. John's. Print off NYWA membership form and send in. Wrestlers can purchase or renew NYWA memberships online. Click here to go to membership page.
The Early Bird Tournament is the ONLY TOURNAMENT NYWA holds where the borders are open. The borders are NOT open for the NYWA District events leading up to the NYWA State tournament.
NOTE: The cut.off date for wrestler's birthdate is September 1st, 2009. Please contact the NYWA office if you have questions.
There will be NO qualifiers this year. The event in St. Cloud will be an open tournament.
Referees Needed in Minnesota!
Minnesota is experiencing a shortage of high school officials specifically in wrestling. Our local association is one of the best in Minnesota and has a significant mentoring program to assist new referees to learn the sport and technique required to become a consistent high school wrestling referee.
